Terms of Service

Last updated 20 September 2026

These terms govern your use of ansvery. Plain language where possible; the obligations are real either way.
Before this goes live commercially: the legal entity name, company registration number, registered address and governing law below are marked [ ] and must be completed by ansvery, and reviewed by a lawyer.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you (or the company you represent, the "Customer") and [legal entity name], registered in [jurisdiction] under number [registration number], registered address [address]("ansvery", "we").

By using ansvery you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What the service is

ansvery is an AI customer-support product: AI agents that answer tickets, an assistant mode where your team approves each reply, a knowledge base, analytics and workflow automation, configured on a visual board.

Accounts are created by our team during onboarding. There is no open self-serve signup, so access begins when we set your account up with you.

3. Bring your own AI key

The core product is provided at no charge when you supply your own OpenAI or Gemini API key. In that arrangement:

How your key is stored and protected is described on the Security page and forms part of these terms.

Hybrid support (live human agents alongside AI) and managed setup start from €199 per month, with pricing agreed individually once live agents are involved. The specific scope, price, billing period and notice period for your account are set out in the order or written agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over this section if they differ.

Unless your agreement says otherwise: fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, invoices are payable within 14 days, and either side may end a monthly engagement with 30 days' written notice.

5. Your responsibilities

6. AI output

AI-generated replies can be wrong. ansvery gives you controls to manage that — Assistant mode, guardrails, and handoff to a human agent — but we do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. You decide which mode to run, and you remain responsible for what your support function sends to your customers.

The upsell agent is guardrailed to stay silent during refunds, chargebacks, bugs, login problems, missing purchases and visible frustration. Those guardrails reduce risk; they do not eliminate your responsibility for offers made to your customers.

7. Data and privacy

Each side's data obligations are described in the privacy policy. In short: you control your end-customers' data, we process it to provide the service, and a data processing agreement is available on request.

You keep all rights in your content, your knowledge base and your conversations. We claim no ownership of them and do not use them to train models of our own.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where we can. Unless your written agreement includes a specific service level, the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Outages at your AI provider are outside our control.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim — which, on the free bring-your-own-key tier, means the amount you paid us is zero and our liability is limited accordingly.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using ansvery at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, if the service is used unlawfully, or if fees on a paid plan remain unpaid after written reminder.

On closure you can ask for an export of your data. After that, data is deleted or anonymised on the timeline in the privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes affecting paid customers, we will give reasonable advance notice by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [governing law / jurisdiction], and the courts of [venue] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
